Foods that get me through each day

There are a few things that are helping me immensely in this journey of weight loss

Alfalfa Sprouts - I eat them daily on a turkey wrap for lunch
Josephs Lavash - It's a flax seed wrap for 100 calories
Basil Leaves - I eat these on sandwiches too
Apple Straws by sensible portions - 38 sticks for 130 calories.
Blueberries
Eggs
80 Calorie Whole Wheat English muffins.

    My manager was just talking about alfalfa sprouts in sandwiches and I dont believe i've ever had em before... gotta check em out!

  3. I agree on the blueberries. Super food! And I used to eat alfalfa sprouts a lot on sandwiches. Thanks for the reminder ... great choice! For me, it's also those cut salad mixes and tuna. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Sprouts are great, and easy to grow at home. I used to eat them all the time and don't remember why I stopped... ^^
