It's eno...I hear you with this glycemic stuff. It's enough to eat bananas instead of potato chips and candy, and then it turns out they are not the best fruit choice? AArrgghh!<br><br>I don't know if you're interested, but the Healthy Inspiration Porgram I go to at my gym has a three day only "quick start" plan that is basically eating as much animal protein (beef, chicken, fish, shellfish) as you are hungry for, plus eggs each morning with either cantaloupe or oranges, and lots of salad greens and salad vegs (no carrots), and broccoli or green beans. I'd be glad to send you a copy of the actual food plan for the 3 days if you want. I don't generally like to do that kind of thing, but because it really is an ample amount of food and only 3 days, I've done it once and it helped me break through a plateau.
